Returns will be accepted only if the delivered product is damaged, incomplete and different from the ordered product. Customers should inform Mero Upahar within 2 days of delivery.
Customers should return the product along with the bill provided by Mero Upahar.
If customer requests for replacement of a product, they need to contact Mero Upahar and if the seller does not have the same product, then the company will provide a refund.
The perishable items like cakes and other bakery items will not be returned.
All goods ordered are home-delivered inside Kathmandu Valley ( Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, and Kritipur areas) by our staff. If there is more than one item in an order, they are delivered at the same time. We are in the process to deliver outside the Kathmandu Valley.
The delivery charge inside the ring road is Rs.50 and outside the ring road is Rs.100
6. Payment Options:
The current modes of payment that can be used are cash on delivery (COD), Fonepay, and ESewa.
